As Director of Boys Program, Coach Monica is responsible for helping guide the growth, structure, and overall development of Sakura Volleyball's boys program. Working alongside the Club Directors, Monica will help ensure the boys program continues to expand while providing a positive and organized experience for athletes, families, and coaches.
Drawing on her experience as a club director, Monica will contribute to program planning, team development, family engagement, and operational initiatives that support the long-term success of boys volleyball within Sakura Volleyball. She will play an active role in helping shape the future of the boys program while assisting with decisions that impact its growth and sustainability.
As Director of Boys Performance, Coach Manny is responsible for helping shape the competitive vision and athletic development of Sakura Volleyball's boys program. Working alongside the Club Directors, Manny will help establish performance standards, evaluate talent, support coaching development, and guide decisions that impact the long-term success of boys volleyball within the club.
Drawing on his experience as a club director and coach, Manny will assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen player development pathways, improve competitive outcomes, and create an environment where athletes can reach their full potential. He will help evaluate athletes and teams, provide insight into coaching strategies, and contribute to decisions regarding the direction and growth of the boys program.
